I am thrilled to announce that we have appointed Mehdi Khalili as our new Chief Technology Officer. Mehdi is an accomplished technology leader, bringing a wealth of experience to the role and the EventsAir team.

At EventsAir, we are investing heavily in our technology, and Mehdi’s appointment is a testament to our commitment to delivering the best event management platform. With his expertise and leadership, we’re confident that we can continue to evolve the EventsAir technology platform, deliver leading capabilities in the product and deliver on important feature priorities that we have spoken with customers about in recent times. These include the development of a new public API, enhancements to the overall platform quality and user experience, as well as creating and publishing a public platform roadmap, to name just a few.

Mehdi has over two decades of experience in software development and technology leadership. He has led the technology transformation in a wide range of organisations from startups to established businesses, and we’re excited to have him onboard to help us create a world class technology company.

“The EventsAir platform is an industry leader with great following. We have a solid foundation to build on, and I’m excited to help take it to the next level, providing best in class experience for our customers,” says Mehdi.

Mehdi has extensive experience in developing software solutions across multiple industries, from fin-tech to health tech and marketing products. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, which aligns perfectly with our own values.

“As CTO, my mission is to establish the company as the industry benchmark for user experience, innovation, and quality. We will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, and to refine our roadmap and enhance our product to deliver a delightful experience for event planners. We are also developing an API that will enable our partner and developer community to extend our platform through a plugin system and enable seamless integration with third-party solutions.” says Mehdi.

Mehdi’s appointment is a significant milestone for EventsAir, and we’re looking forward to the exciting updates we have in store for 2023.

If you’d like the chance to meet Mehdi, join us for our new customer webinar series, AirWaves. I’ll be sharing the latest news from EventsAir, answering your questions and Mehdi will share any product updates. Look out for an email in the next couple of days to register.
