We do this by working with an amazing team that pushes the limits of what is possible, every day. Our story started in 1990, when a group of event organizers and software developers set out to challenge the status quo and create innovative event technology solutions that made the impossible possible. Since then, we have developed some of the biggest innovations in event management history.

Our first hybrid event was a medical conference in Rotorua that hosted 100 in-person and 130 virtual attendees around New Zealand, and we were very happy with the result achieved using OnAIR and EventsAir.

A New Era In Event Technology

The challenges that event planners have faced over the years has push us to innovate and drive change in the event industry. None more so than the recent challenge to keep events going when In-Person events were no longer possible. EventsAir rose to the challenge, developing OnAIR as part of its platform in May 2020. This allowed event planners to once again create great event experiences, albeit online.

Over 1.4 million viewers and counting! OnAIR has helped thousands of event planners deliver events, conferences, and meetings in a secure online environment.

UQ Open Day

“The UQ Open Day is an annual event where prospective students can experience what the university has to offer. It’s a massive event that traditionally takes place on our St Lucia Campus with around 25,000 people attending. In 2020, due to COVID-19, we took the entire event online for the first time. EventsAir and the OnAIR platform allowed us to create a virtual event that engaged people all across Australia and, vitally important for us, internationally as well. The event was attended by people in more than 100 countries around the globe, and we have never been able to have that level of international attendance before. We plan on using EventsAir for our future virtual and hybrid events.”
