SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 07 December 2020 –– The 2020 PCOA President’s Award was presented to Trevor Gardiner, Chief Executive Officer of Centium Software at the recent 13^th Annual PCOA Hybrid Conference & Virtual Exhibition.

This award is given to a member of the business events industry who strives and achieves excellence, and the recipient of the 2020 award is a true visionary.

This year’s recipient, Trevor Gardiner, has been a driving force of the industry for decades and one who never seems to tire of the boundless enthusiasm, and an enviable level of calm in any situation.

Everyone will agree, 2020 has been a year that none of us will ever forget: and who could have imagined what we’ve all gone through since March this year.

For Trevor, together with his team at Centium that created the EventsAir event management software, instead of sitting back and worrying what might happen next, Trevor led his team into the development of the software platform that is now widely used by business events.

From the initial planning in March to launch of the software a few months later, and then further on to continued improvement, the creation of the OnAIR platform has allowed many in the business events industry to continue to work with clients and deliver virtual events through the platform OnAIR.

At every turn, Trevor has been there. A calming influence: so assured in his understanding of the platform, unwavering in his belief in his team, making sure customers could use the software to achieve the results they all needed.

Just recently, Centium ticked over it’s 1000 virtual conference since the software’s development.
