Industry engagement and upcoming events
We kicked off the year with a strong presence at AIME 2025 in Melbourne, where we connected with industry leaders and showcased how EventsAir is helping event planners work smarter. Next, we’re heading to CHS Leeds 2025 on March 25 – if you’re attending, be sure to stop by and say hello!
Meet our new CRO
After working closely with EventsAir for the past nine months, Laura Jordan has officially stepped into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. With an extensive background in SaaS sales leadership, Laura has worked across multiple industries, including associations, bringing deep expertise in optimizing sales functions and enhancing customer engagement.
Laura’s top priorities for 2025 include:
✅ Strengthening integrations and ecosystem capabilities
✅ Elevating account management outreach and customer success
✅ Ensuring customer feedback drives product development
Integrations Update – Laura Jordan, CRO
Integrations are a top priority for 2025, and we’re doubling down on making Smart Connectors more accessible.
To simplify integrations, standard workflows for CRM and AMS platforms are being introduced. This will allow customers to get connected in under a week. Updates are also being rolled out for HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, and iMIS, with releases expected by the end of March.
Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities are also expanding. Azure Active Directory SSO is now available, and Secure Contact Lookup is set to launch next. This will provide enhanced authentication options for associations and organizations managing external attendees.
If integrations are on your radar, reach out to your Account Manager for details.
Product Roadmap Update – Sandra Vaughan & Warren Prasek
A fresh approach to event websites
Building event websites should be intuitive, efficient, and adaptable. EventsAir has been working on a new website builder designed to simplify the process while offering greater customization options.
The upcoming updates will introduce:
- Pre-filled templates that pull event details directly from EventsAir
- Drag-and-drop styling options to make customization easier
- Optimized mobile responsiveness for a seamless experience
- An enhanced agenda component that improves readability and usability
A prototype of the new website builder is now available for customer feedback. Customers are encouraged to join the AirCrafters community to help shape the final product.
Attendee App enhancements
The next wave of updates for the Attendee App is here! Building on our recent enhancements, we’ve improved the check-in process, making it easier for attendees to enter events efficiently. The latest version features a single check-in button, consolidating multiple options such as QR code scanning, Bluetooth, and barcode entry, into one simple screen. The check-in button only appears when relevant, helping to streamline the attendee experience.
Additional enhancements are on the way, including an improved agenda list view and a more intuitive Meeting Hub. These updates will enhance navigation and networking opportunities within the app – stay tuned at the next AirWaves!
Customer Support Updates – Renee Elliott, CCO
Since launching a new support platform in late 2024, EventsAir has significantly improved response times and self-service resolution rates. This includes:
- Live chat support within EventsAir, providing instant access to assistance
- AirBot AI-powered support, which is now resolving over half of all inquiries
- An expanded Help Center, offering more than 400 articles, FAQs, and release notes
- Faster response times, with the first reply time averaging
Revamped learning & training
The Fast Track Training program is undergoing a complete overhaul to make learning more flexible and intuitive. The new structure will allow customers to follow a beginner-to-advanced learning path or focus on specific topics. The beginner-level content will be available mid-year, with additional updates to follow.
