    As the year comes to an end, it’s time to reflect on what has been an extraordinary 2024. This year, we reached new milestones, elevated our user experience, and supported our customers in delivering effortless events around the globe.  

    Here’s a look back at some of our biggest achievements from the past 12 months and a glimpse at what’s on the horizon for 2025. 

    2024 by the numbers 

    This year, the EventsAir community demonstrated the incredible power of our platform in transforming the event management experience: 

    • 27,540 events were delivered with our platform, showcasing the system’s scalability and reliability. 
    • 5M+ registrations were processed through EventsAir, reflecting the trust event planners place in our solutions to manage attendee data. 
    • 9,500+ event planners relied on EventsAir to plan and execute their events, representing a 27% year-on-year growth
    • 3,477 virtual events brought people together, proving that hybrid and virtual formats are still in demand. 
    • $1.84B processed in payments through our platform, underlining the robust payment capabilities of EventsAir. 
    • 4,606 attendee apps were created to elevate the attendee experience, enhancing engagement during events. 
    • 25% year-on-year increase in attendees at AirTime 2024, our customer conference, highlighting the growing enthusiasm and engagement from our global community. 

    Product highlights: Event-changing innovations 

    At EventsAir, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we made significant investment in enhancing our platform to ensure our customers remain at the forefront of event technology: 

    • User Interface Uplift: 2024 saw the launch of our fresh, modern user interface, designed to improve navigation, provide contextual guidance, and maintain familiar workflows. This UI uplift was all about empowering our users to achieve more with less effort.  
    • AI Event Support: We introduced AI-powered support, revolutionizing how our customers access help and guidance within our platform. Our always-on AI assistant, AirBot, delivers instant, accurate answers by drawing information from our extensive library of help center articles, ensuring responses are detailed, reliable, and up to date. Customers can also connect directly with our team via live chat for more complex inquiries, ensuring that support is always accessible and tailored to their needs.
    • AirTime 2024: We took our customer conference to new heights this year, bringing together event professionals for inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, and the highly anticipated 2024 EventsAir Innovation Awards. It was a true celebration of our customers’ creativity, achievements, and the innovations shaping the future of events. Relive the highlights
    • EventsAir Pay, powered by Stripe: This year, we expanded our EventsAir Pay offering through an exciting partnership with Stripe, delivering even greater flexibility and security for event payments. This collaboration has empowered event planners with streamlined transactions, enhanced global payment options, and a more seamless experience for attendees. 
    • API Expansion: Our API has gone from strength to strength! We’ve greatly expanded the API coverage for our customers, including an advanced level of integration infrastructure which unlocks near real-time synchronization.  

    Looking ahead: What’s coming in 2025 

    As we celebrate this year’s achievements, we’re also looking forward to an even more exciting 2025. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s to come: 

    • New Attendee App: We are revamping our attendee app with a new UI uplift that will make it more mobile-friendly, easier to use, and significantly more reliable.  
    • Ongoing UI Optimization: User experience remains a central focus as we keep modernizing EventsAir. We are committed to making the platform easier to learn and use while ensuring it delivers an exceptional experience for event planners and attendees alike. 
    • Interactive Sites Uplift: In 2024, we unveiled our future vision for Interactive Sites, introducing new themes and enhancements to accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with over 150 customer providing invaluable insights for refinement. We are excited to further develop this vision in 2025, working towards an even more immersive and engaging attendee experience. 
    • Enhanced Integrations: We are embracing an open ecosystem with the continuous evolution of our public API, allowing our customers to connect seamlessly with any tools critical to their business. 
    • AirTime 2025: Expect bigger surprises, more innovation, and unmatched opportunities to connect and learn.
