New UI Sneak Peak – Warren Prasek, Head of User Experience
Warren provided a sneak peek into the significant improvements we’re making to the EventsAir UI. Our goal is simple: create a more intuitive, less complex, and visually modern interface that enhances usability without disrupting your existing workflows.
Key improvements include reduced visual complexity, enhanced navigation, and new features like a left-hand navigation bar and quick access to frequently used tools. While the new UI will bring a fresh look, we’re committed to ensuring these updates won’t disrupt your current workflows.

Updates to Payments & Integrations – Nick Thornton, CRO
EventsAir Pay Success
Our EventsAir Pay solution continues to gain momentum, with over 100 customers now onboard and millions of dollars in transactions processed. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees reporting a smoother registration and payment process.
One of the standout achievements is an 85% improvement in transaction acceptance rates due to enhanced security features, leading to fewer declines and smoother processing across the globe.
This is complemented by the addition of multiple payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal, which make the checkout experience more seamless than ever.
Smart Connector Uplift
Our Smart Connectors have seen substantial upgrades, improving data transfer efficiency between EventsAir and other technology platforms. Near real-time data syncing and streamlined onboarding processes mean faster and more reliable data integrations, enhancing overall speed to value for all our customers.

Enhancing Customer Support – Renee Elliott, CCO
In our ongoing commitment to streamlining customer support, we’re excited to announce a new centralized support solution within EventsAir. This integrated experience will provide instant access to resources, how-to videos, and knowledge articles directly from your EventsAir platform.
The most exciting addition is the introduction of a live chat feature, powered by an AI bot, to help you get quick answers without having to ever leave your EventsAir platform. And if you ever need more hands-on help, our support team is still just a click away.
Stay tuned as we release more information on this exciting uplift to customer support.
